Whether you are learning for the very first time or want to further your dance knowledge and understanding, we have classes and private lessons for everyone - all ages and abilities. We also offer (non-compulsory) medal examinations right through to competitions.
We always aim to create an environment where every student can thrive. Ballroom dancing goes beyond the skills of a dancer, it allows opportunities to develop skills for everyday life and improves both emotional and physical aspects of our wellbeing.

Jeremy & Kate each have over 20 years teaching experience ...
Jeremy began entering competitions as soon as he started dancing at age 5 and eventually became Australia’s representative to the World Championships. Jeremy is a former Australian National Champion, Asia-Pacific Champion, World Showdance Finalist and 2018 British Professional Showdance Champion.
Kate had her first major success at the age of sixteen when she won the Under 21 (Youth) UK Closed Ballroom Championships. Kate was England’s World Representative, semi-finalist in many major Championships worldwide and 2018 British Professional Showdance Champion.
Jeremy and Kate met whilst performing in the world-renowned theatre show "Burn The Floor".
Jeremy joined the cast in 2010 on the Gold Coast, Australia and then toured Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore and South Africa, working with award winning choreographer Jason Gilkinson. Kate joined the cast in 2013 whilst in Florida, USA.
The pair were also cast in the NCL production of "Legally Blonde The Musical".
Performing around the world in multiple genres has broadened Jeremy and Kate's understanding of dance and enables them to cater to the needs of every student.
Jeremy and Kate have successfully taught Ballroom & Latin dancing all around the world, in locations such as Australia, the USA and of course the UK.
Both undertook medal exams as young students and continued to become qualified teachers under the International Dance Teacher's Association as well as qualified adjudicators with the British Dance Council and the World Dance Organisation.
They were directors of The Joneses' Studio in Alton, Hampshire from 2018- 2023 and regularly teach in local primary and secondary schools.
All our experienced teachers are able to teach a variety of abilities and ages.
